post a reply to tell people what sort of time you need a sitter for

and even though we're a team that should help each other out, a little res to say thank you is always nice!

OR

If you have some time on your hands and you want to apply to be a sitter
then you can also post a reply and leave the same sort of details; what time your available/online etc.

Once you have seen a suitable applicant, you should send an In Game Message (IGM) to the player to see if they're still available.
