Officers and Promotions

Now i know im amazing and everything......=]
But i cant run my whole wing on my own. We are good and strong but only if we work together and we all have are jobs and parts to play. I want you all to post down here a detailed description of your past experiance on or outside of Travian. Dont worry if it's not much, i will look into everyone. I will then give out positions and roles to those who i think best deserve them. Positions means power. Power means money. Money is goooood. =]

REMEMBER: Its not all about what you have done in the past, it's mostly about whether you can prove to me that you deserve the role. The first position that i need is a RECRUITER. Someone tht can prove to me that they can recruit good people, all the time, gets the role. =]

hmm... com1 used to be pop 300+ before my former friend catted everything i had, ukx Death Incarnate, 600++ pop, 3 villages. usx Khaine, lower pop, 290++ i think... very experienced in avoiding raids and farming, and also the endgame.

Yea well...current ukx pop is around 10000 and i have 15 villages but hey ho i dont think its that big. Have you got any experiance of being in a position of power within an alliance?

yes. diplomat in com1 and erm... was a forum manager on usx. im better at diplomat tho.... never failed.

First, congratulations to all of you. You have done a great job so far. I keep watching your alliance ranking and population growths and I'm pleased with what I see. Thanks to Pesty for being a great wing leader!!!
Since every wing is able to look into your forum please keep your troop counts out of here. Although we are technically speaking one big family it can still be dangerous to give out too much information. You never know; maybe one player quits ETF and takes the information with him to another alliance...

Yup totally agree with moerti. From past experiance of being in successful and server-winning alliances(hopefully), other alliances do send spies or there are people who have good friends in opposing alliances.
